Positive: The best thing about this hotel is the service one of the best myself and spouse has experienced so far and we have been to alot of All inclusive hotels in Jamaica. This hotel isn't for the partyers in my opinion but its for a relaxing time there isn't any entertainment at least not while we stayed there...basically you make your own and it's just you and your spouse's time. This is what we wanted and that's what we got. Very good time! Bigup the Gen Manager David and our butler and the service staff! This is from the couple from room 207 who had their anniversary this weekend. BTW our ac kinda stopped working and I kid you not within 5 minutes the service guy came and had it sorted out remotely we got back our ac in under 15 mins. Great service!
Negative: Well I would prefer buffet like a typical all inc where I could pick choose and refuse what I wanted to eat but this didn't affect me.much the food they had on the dine in menu was good.

Positive: The service was impeccable, they were warm and welcoming
Negative: They do need a first aid center with Aloe. However they brought my daughter real Aloe so they are angels that should be provided the Aloe plant

Positive: The Resort is beautifully designed with tropical exotic gardens and great spaces. The room was amazing with the most comfortable bed ever and a view from paradise. Hotel staff are wonderful, happy and helpful.
Negative: Close to the airport runway which means its noisy from planes, but you do get used to it. Some facilities weren't available.
Summary: The Hotel Resort was like a tropical paradise beautifully designed based on wellness and calm
